We don’t bill insurance directly. This allows us to give you one-on-one, personalized care without the limits or delays that insurance often brings. Many patients choose to submit for reimbursement on their own, and we’ll gladly provide the paperwork to help with that. Our focus is on getting you better—faster and more effectively.

Your first session includes a full assessment, goal setting, and hands-on treatment. We’ll take time to understand your history, movement patterns, and pain points—then build a personalized plan to get you moving better, stronger, and pain-free.
